Job Title: Customer Service & Customer Sales Advisors

Trainee Sales Advisors

We are one of the leading dealers of new and used cars in the UK, with 13 sites throughout Essex. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team in a range of roles at our Southend branch.

About the role:

We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.

These are permanent, full-time positions.

Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.

Responsibilities day to day:

- Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements

- Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager

- Co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales / Service Manager.

- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty

- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork

About you:

- Full UK manual driving licence

- (Automatic and non UK driving licences are unable to be accepted)

- Customer centric attitude

- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers

- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)

- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role

- Previous retail sales experience
