The Opportunity

This is the perfect role for someone looking to start or build a career in insurance and claims management.

You'll receive full training and hands-on support as you learn how insurance works, how claims are assessed, and how to deliver outstanding service to customers during important moments in their lives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Claims Handler Trainee, you'll play an important role in helping customers through the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a variety of Accident & Health claims, including Travel, Personal Accident, Income Protection, and Hospital Cash Plans
Reviewing and validating insurance cover
Accurately updating customer records and claims systems
Processing incoming correspondence and documentation
Speaking with customers over the phone and by email
Resolving routine queries and providing excellent customer service
Working closely with colleagues and technical specialists to progress claims efficiently
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction
Supporting the wider team and contributing to business success

Training & Qualifications

Full training will be provided, including our bespoke claims systems
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) essential
