G&P Healthcare is a specialist home care provider Rated outstanding by CQC and is completely nurse-led

We are looking for a care assistant to join an existing team supporting a lady in her own home with a brain injury. The client has a peg and lives in her own purpose adapted home.

Care is 2 to 1 during the day and night.

Hours: 36 hour contract available, waking night shifts 20.00-08.00 three shifts per week. Must be able to work alternative weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and support to clients during night hours.
Follow care plans accurately to meet individual needs.
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients.
Document care activities accurately and promptly.
Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in home care or care home settings.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Valid driving license is required
Ability to follow detailed care plans.
Compassionate attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
Flexibility to work night shifts.
