You will be supporting us with an array of support needs from, Challenging Behavior/ Autism/Mental Health/Learning Disabilities, and or a Physical Disability to ensure that we are safe, well supported, and living our best life possible.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health.
If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.
What you'll be doing
You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.
Our homes comprise of two semi detached houses, one which homes people that we support with Prader- Willi Syndrome. So it will be important to ensure that the dietary need are meet and support plans are strictly followed.
The role involves supporting people to achieve their aspirational goals and to become more independent and make their own choices each day.
