Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motorcycle models to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about motorcycles and mechanical work to develop their skills within a professional environment.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of motorcycles to identify mechanical issues
Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems
Replace worn or damaged parts using hand tools and power tools
Carry out routine servicing, including oil changes, tyre replacements, and adjustments
Test ride motorcycles after repairs to ensure proper functioning
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during repair processes

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact drivers
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills for liaising with customers regarding repairs and maintenance requirements
