Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Advisor

We are a manufacturer owned dealership group selling Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Leapmotor, Peugeot and Vauxhall, as well as thousands of used cars from all major manufacturers.

We’re the largest Peugeot, Citroen and DS dealer group in the UK, with sites nationwide.

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service / Sales Advisors at our Hatfield, Chingford, Edgewear and Romford sites.

About the role:

We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.

Responsibilities day to day:

- Welcoming guests into the showroom and engaging with them to discuss their requirements.

- Be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager.

- Co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales Manager.

- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty

- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork

About you:

- Full UK Manual Drivers Licence

(Provisional / Non UK driving licences are unacceptable)

- Customer centric attitude

- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers

- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)

- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role

- Previous retail sales experience
