Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join us at our Coop contract based in West Thurrock. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing support for the Senior Shift Leader as well as warehouse operatives, to contribute and ensure we meet operational efficiencies.

This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering the hours of 18:00 to 06:00, though some flexibility may be required.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,832.16 per annum inclusive of night shift allowance and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

Ensure that training and development requirements for Warehouse Operatives are regularly carried out
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
Prioritise and delegate tasks to meet deadlines
Monitor productivity and collate colleagues’ figures

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A committed and flexible approach to work
