£30,082 to £30,645 per annum

The Opportunity

Based at W Sherry & Sons Funeral Directors - Acton Green, our Funeral Arrangers are a very special part of our team; caring and organised they offer a warm welcome, and guide our families through the whole funeral process. They couple their incredible interpersonal and listening skills, with an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills.

As well as supporting families in making funeral arrangements, Funeral Arrangers are responsible for ensuring all the relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately, and on time. They are also responsible for providing a detailed handover to the Funeral Director, in order that every little detail goes to plan on the day.

Our Funeral Arrangers have an important role within the community, building strong working relationships as well as organising fundraising activities to support organisations in the local community.

About You

Ideally, you’ll bring experience from the funeral industry having been in a similar role, but this isn’t essential. We’re equally interested in candidates with strong transferable skills, the right attitude, and a genuine desire to support others. If you’re compassionate, committed, and ready for a meaningful new challenge, we’ll provide all the training and development you need to succeed. Join us, and we’ll equip you with everything required to thrive in this role.

As this is a mobile role, you will be covering the North London area so you will need a full driving licence, and your own transport.

Please Note: With effect from July 2026 salary will increase to £30,995 to £31,745 per annum. Salaries include £3,645 per annum Weighting Allowance.
