Overview

We are Artisan Burgers, and we’re building our founding team for our brand-new, high-spec shop at No. 17 Harold Wood (RM3). We are looking for energetic and professional individuals to join us as Grill Chefs, Kitchen Assistants, or Waiters. Whether you are a seasoned pro or looking to start your career in a pristine, industrial-chic environment, we offer full training and the chance to grow with a new premium brand from day one.

The Roles

Grill Chef & Section Leader: You are the "Architect" of the hot food line, responsible for grilling premium patties to perfection and managing kitchen workflows.
Kitchen Assistant: You are the "Builder," taking our fresh, premium components and meticulously assembling them to our precise "recipe blueprints".
Front-of-House (Waiters): You are the face of the shop, delivering friendly hospitality while managing our digital POS and delivery platforms like Deliveroo and Uber Eats.

Duties

Premium Execution: Cooking gourmet grilled dishes and assembling burgers with a high-end aesthetic presentation.
Precision Prep: Preparing fresh toppings and house sauces to precise gram weights to ensure brand consistency.
Digital Management: Operating touchscreen POS systems and coordinating multi-channel orders during busy shifts.
Pristine Standards: Maintaining "Stainless Steel Cleanliness" and following strict food safety (HACCP) and stock rotation (FIFO) protocols.
Hospitality: Providing clear menu explanations and a vibrant, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

Experience: For Grill Chefs, verifiable experience in a high-volume professional kitchen is strictly required. For all other roles, we provide full training—all you need is a fast, tidy, and disciplined working style.
Attributes: Intensely reliable, highly punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Tech Literacy: Ability to fluidly switch between guest interaction and managing live delivery dashboard feeds.
Flexibility: Availability for a flexible rota, including evenings and weekends in the RM3 area.
