We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Axe Throwing Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe axe throwing experiences to our customers, ensuring they enjoy their visit while adhering to all safety protocols. Duties
- Demonstrate proper axe throwing techniques and safety procedures to participants of all skill levels
- Provide clear instructions and coaching to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
- Monitor activity areas continuously to uphold safety standards and prevent accidents
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the axe throwing lanes and equipment
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience through friendly interaction and personalised coaching
- Enforce safety rules consistently, addressing any unsafe behaviour promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venue, including equipment storage and general tidiness
Experience
- ESSENTIAL - Confident in your ability to demonstrate how to throw an axe.
- Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Passion for sports, fitness, or recreational activities, particularly axe throwing or similar activities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple guests simultaneously
- Enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
