Are you practical, organised, and eager to learn? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Parts Advisor to join our busy and friendly team within the garden machinery industry.
This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career working within the sector. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop new skills in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and supplying parts for garden machinery and small engines
- Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Ordering, receiving, and managing stock efficiently
- Using parts catalogues and software systems to source correct components
- Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements
- Helping maintain a well-organised and efficient parts department
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic IT skills and confidence learning new systems
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Ability to use bespoke software systems to manage and process orders
Desirable Skills (Not Essential):
- Knowledge of garden machinery or small engines
- Previous retail or parts department experience
Training & Development:
Full training will be provided. However, any basic knowledge of small engines, garden equipment, or machinery would be a real advantage.

Hours Of Work:
- Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm, Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
