Salary:
£26,000 per annum (rising to £28,000 following successful completion of a 4-month probation period)

Proposed Start Date: 1st June 2026

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in data and information management to join our dynamic and close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a group of experienced, career-focused professionals where your work will play a direct role in driving revenue and business growth.

Role Overview:
As a Data Specialist, you will assist the team with project management and administrative support for reporting, quoting, monitoring systems and voltage optimisation. Your ability to work confidently in an office environment and your sharp attention to detail will be essential to your success in this role.

No experience is required, just a capacity for knowledge and motivation to learn and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data using internal portal systems.
Accurately maintain and manage spreadsheets.
Work collaboratively with team members to support core business and revenue objectives.
Ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency in all data handling tasks.
Present yourself professionally and confidently within a busy office setting.
Contribute to a positive, team-focused working environment.

Key Requirements:

A passion for working with data and managing information effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency in using data entry portals and managing spreadsheets.
Confidence in working within a fast-paced office environment.
A strong and reliable attendance record.
A collaborative attitude and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture.
Keen organisation and time management.

Benefits & Compensation:

£26,000 per annum during the 4-month probationary period, increasing to £28,000 upon successful completion.
20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
Office closure during the Christmas period.
