Protecting what matters most
At Britax Römer, we’ve been protecting children on the road since 1966. Our mission is to provide safe, comfortable, sustainable, and easy-to-use child mobility solutions. From our very first child car seat to today’s innovative range, we’ve helped protect millions of children around the world on their journeys.
With over 50 years of industry leadership, we’re proud to empower parents through our expertise – giving them the confidence and peace of mind to enjoy safe family travel every day. Our products deliver premium safety, comfort, and quality at every stage of childhood, from newborn to 12 years.
Our European headquarters are home to dedicated teams working together to drive innovation and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
Driven by our values – Care, Trust, and Curious – we continuously strive to improve and make a positive impact, not only by protecting children but also the world they grow up in.
Now, we’re looking for a motivated Business Systems Analyst (m/f/d) to join our IT team and play a key role in shaping our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations landscape.
One of the most exciting aspects of this role? You'll become part of our ongoing D365FO regional rollout across EMEA, working closely with colleagues from different countries to implement and continuously improve our business processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a visible impact while contributing to a large-scale international transformation project.
What you'll do
As our Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between our business teams and IT, turning business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions. You'll play a key role in continuously improving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations landscape while supporting one of our most exciting digital transformation initiatives.
You’ll:
- Lead the analysis, design and implementation of business application solutions in Microsoft D365FO, ensuring alignment with business needs, best practices and company standards
- Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to gather requirements, perform gap analyses and translate business needs into functional solution designs.
- Configure, optimise and continuously enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support efficient business processes
- Contribute to our ongoing regional D365FO rollout across EMEA, helping shape a harmonised and future-ready ERP landscape.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, driving efficiency and delivering an excellent user experience
- Act as an escalation point for complex application issues, working closely with internal teams, external vendors and implementation partners to deliver sustainable solutions
- Support and coordinate integrations with third-party applications, including APIs, web services, middleware and EDI solutions
- Manage data migration activities using the Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation while developing training materials and delivering end-user training to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
- Build strong partnerships with business users and external technology partners to continuously improve our systems and support future business growth
What you bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as with systems.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Several years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong functional knowledge in either Supply Chain / Trade & Logistics or Finance
- A solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into practical system solutions
- Experience configuring D365FO and supporting continuous system improvements
- Hands-on experience with data migration using DMF
- Knowledge of integrations using APIs, middleware or web services; experience with EDI is a plus
- Experience in a D365FO implementation or rollout project is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional international teams
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for continuous improvement
- Fluent English; German is an advantage but not required
You don’t tick every single box? That’s okay — we’d still love to hear from you.
What you can expect
- The opportunity to contribute to a major international D365FO rollout across EMEA
- The opportunity to influence business processes and digital transformation from day one
- A hybrid working model with flexibility
- An international environment with meaningful products and strong brands
- Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning
- Collaboration with experienced colleagues and external technology partners
- A collaborative culture built on our values: Care, Trust and Curious
- A team that supports your growth and ideas
Most importantly, your work will help enable the teams behind products that protect children and support families every single day.
Sounds interesting?
We look forward to receiving your application.
