Join a growing garden machinery business

Are you practical, organised, and eager to learn? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Parts Advisor to join our busy and friendly team within the garden machinery industry.

This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career working within the sector. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop new skills in a hands-on environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Identifying and supplying parts for garden machinery and small engines
Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email
Ordering, receiving, and managing stock efficiently
Using parts catalogues and software systems to source correct components
Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements
Helping maintain a well-organised and efficient parts department

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic IT skills and confidence learning new systems
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Ability to use bespoke software systems to manage and process orders

Desirable Skills (Not Essential):

Knowledge of garden machinery or small engines
Previous retail or parts department experience

Training & Development:

Full training will be provided. However, any basic knowledge of small engines, garden equipment, or machinery would be a real advantage.
