Role Outline
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Sales Supervisor to oversee and lead our Product Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a dedicated team of two Product Sales Administrators, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for liaising with customers, creating and managing sales orders, and overseeing the distribution and invoicing of products.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to drive operational excellence through process improvements and effective team management. You will be highly organised, adaptable, and confident in coordinating with internal departments to enhance systems and workflows.

What you’ll be doing

Line management of a team of two Product Sales Administrators

Reviewing and improving systems and processes for managing product sales

Liaising with internal teams, e.g. Finance, in relation to systems development and implementation

Processing customer orders and delivery

Liaising with customer in relation to product portfolio / assisting with the ordering process
What we are looking for

Experience leading and managing a team.

Minimum requirement is to be educated to degree level or equivalent or have at least 2 years sales experience.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary
£30,000 per annum
