Account Manager – Poultry Water Equipment & Systems

The Role
We are looking for a driven and practical Account Manager with knowledge and experience within the poultry sector, to take ownership of customer relationships, product sales, and projects from enquiry through to delivery. This is a hands-on role combining technical understanding, client management, sales, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing and developing relationships with poultry customers
· Driving sales of poultry products and complete project solutions
· Advising customers on poultry systems and suitable solutions
· Preparing quotes and following up sales opportunities
· Coordinating orders, deliveries, and installations
· Liaising with suppliers of pumps, tanks, drinkerline, cooling systems, chemicals, and consumables
· Tracking project progress and resolving any issues or delays
· Conducting site visits to farms where required
· Maintaining accurate records of orders, communications, and project status
Skills & Experience
· Experience in account management, sales, or operations
· Background in poultry, agriculture, or related industry (highly desirable)
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Confident using Excel and Microsoft 365
· Full UK driving licence
