£27,000–£30,000 FTE | 4–5 days per week (0.8–1.0 FTE)
The Roses Theatre, Tewkesbury

Are you a natural relationship-builder who loves connecting people with a cause they care about?

The Roses Theatre is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Development Manager to help grow fundraising income and support our exciting plans for the future. Working alongside our CEO, Marketing Manager, Board and fundraising consultants, you'll lead the development of individual giving, patrons, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference at one of Gloucestershire's most vibrant cultural charities, helping us create unforgettable experiences for audiences, families, young people and communities across the region.

We're looking for someone with:

Experience in fundraising, business development, sales, sponsorship, account management or relationship management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, organised and target-driven approach.
A passion for culture, community and making things happen.
