We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, people-focused Sales Executives who are ready to build lasting relationships, deliver great service, and achieve fantastic results.

What You’ll Do

Contact and build positive relationships with potential clients and insurers
Conduct engaging fact-finding conversations to understand client needs
Recommend suitable health insurance policies from top UK providers
Convert leads into successful sales while maintaining FCA compliance

What You’ll Bring

Previous sales experience (telephone-based preferred)
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a target-driven environment
Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and resilient attitude
Excellent time management and organisation
Financial services experience is a plus but not essential

What We Offer

£25,000–£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £60k+ in year one)
