Full job description

Overview
We have an exiting opportunity offering both full and part time positions within a growing business. We are seeking experienced, dedicated and skilled Plumber/General Maintenance professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance and must be qualified in plumbing. Gas safe registration is adventageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks.
Conduct repairs using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all work meets safety standards.
Assist with plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks and installing fixtures.
Complete accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete larger projects efficiently.

Qualifications

Qualified in plumbing - essential.
Proven knowledge with experience in maintenance roles.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to maintenance tasks.
A valid clean driving licence is an essential for transporting materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
