Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in social media management. The successful candidate will support our marketing efforts by managing online content, engaging with audiences, and enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms. A keen interest in digital communication and a flair for engaging storytelling are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions; respond promptly and professionally.
Support in managing online reputation through effective public relations practices.
Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Stay informed about emerging trends in social media management and digital marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.

Experience

Previous experience in social media or digital communications is preferred.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
Basic knowledge of public relations principles is advantageous.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
A genuine interest in digital trends and innovative content creation. This role offers an exciting chance to gain practical experience in social media within a supportive environment that values creativity and initiative.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
