Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Qualified Experienced Florist to join our dynamic team. In this vibrant role, you will craft stunning floral arrangements, provide exceptional customer service, and bring creative visions to life through flowers. Your expertise in floral design, combined with strong organizational and communication skills, will help create memorable experiences for our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent in a lively environment that values innovation and artistry.

Duties

Design and assemble beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Assist customers in selecting flowers and related products, offering expert advice on arrangements and care.
Maintain the freshness and appearance of all floral displays through proper handling and storage techniques.
Manage inventory levels of flowers, foliage, containers, and accessories to ensure availability for upcoming projects.
Organize the workspace efficiently to facilitate smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
Collaborate with team members to develop seasonal displays and merchandising strategies that attract customers.
Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

Proven experience as a professional florist.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and maintain a tidy workspace.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Familiarity with merchandising principles to enhance product presentation and sales.
