Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Aesthetic Practitioner to join our award winning clinic & team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aesthetic treatments, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a diverse range of client needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your clinical expertise while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing advanced aesthetic procedures, providing personalised consultations, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic. Prior experience in clinical background is advantageous, as is a passion for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and care
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored treatment plans
Manage appointment schedules efficiently
Provide guest services that enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Support upselling of treatments and products to maximise clinic revenue opportunities
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with clinical protocols
Keep accurate records of treatments administered and client progress
Participate in promotional events, workshops, and training sessions to stay current with industry trends
Have a medical background, Nurse, doctor, dentist

Skills

Proven experience in aesthetic nursing or similar clinical roles (Level 7 Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables)
Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Experience in hospitality or guest services is desirable but not essential
Ability to upsell treatments tactfully while prioritising client needs
Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
