Job Overview

Responsible for:

INTAKE

DISPATCH

Duties

Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, ensuring accurate recording and inspection of deliveries.
Coordinate the dispatch process, including scheduling pickups and ensuring timely shipments.
Operate warehouse management systems to track stock levels and movement.
Assist with materials handling, including heavy lifting and mechanical tasks using forklifts or other equipment.
Manage stock organization through stocking, picking, packing, and proper storage practices.
Support shipping and receiving activities by load & unload operations while maintaining safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
Ability to use a computer and handheld equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials with care.
Familiarity with forklift operation (certification preferred).
Good organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and documentation.
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and external partners.
