Client Service Specialist - Leeds South Central

What the day will look like :

As our Client Service Specialist, you will be:

Leading the end-to-end servicing of complex commercial risk portfolios, delivering high-quality, tailored client outcomes
Partnering closely with Client Managers and Directors to understand client needs and shape service plans, presentations and strategic advice
Managing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments, negotiating with insurers to secure the best possible terms and solutions
Developing compelling marketing and client materials, clearly presenting risk profiles, proposals and placement strategies
Proactively reviewing and improving client programmes, finding opportunities to strengthen coverage and support portfolio growth
Building trusted relationships and ensuring excellence, working closely with clients and insurers, maintaining compliance and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
