Care Coordinator/Scheduler
Sheffield, S35

If you an experienced Care Coordinator, then Rigby's have a great opportunity for you!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Coordinator/Scheduler to join the team working for one of the UK's most successful private homecare organisations.

Located in Sheffield, S35, you will be an effective member of the team taking responsibility of planning, assessing and evaluating the day-to-day care provided by staff to clients in the surrounding area. The role is Monday to Friday office hours, with on call shared between the team, and paid additionally.

The base salary is £28-30k plus on call bonus and performance bonus.

The branch consists of an owner, Registered Care Manager, two Care Managers, Coordinators, Supervisors and a wonderful team of carers.

It will be your responsibility to create rotas for the carers as they deliver care across the Sheffield regions.

Roles and responsibilities:

Online rota creation and scheduling for carers.
Work in partnership with clients, families, carers and external healthcare professionals to ensure the seamless delivery of individual person-centered care
Sometimes conducting spot checks and supervisions, as well as basic office tasks.
Be a single point of contact for all carers to offer support, advice and raise any issues with management team
Complete administration duties producing accurate and clear records
Liaise with management for clinical support
Oversee care quality control
Work as part of a MDT with opportunity to progress for one of the most successful care organisations in the UK.
