Content & Growth Marketing Manager - Video Content / Social Media / YouTube / Paid Ads

About Us

Newpower is a rapidly growing renewable energy company specialising in:

We work across residential, commercial, and large-scale renewable projects throughout the UK and are accredited by MCS, NAPIT, RECC, TrustMark, REFCOM.

We are now building a modern media-driven brand and are looking for a highly motivated Content & Growth Marketing Manager to help scale our online presence nationally.

This role is ideal for someone who understands:

YouTube content
short-form social media
lead generation
paid advertising
brand growth
content strategy

We are not looking for a traditional corporate marketer.

We want someone creative, ambitious, commercially minded, and excited about building a major renewable energy brand.

The Role

You will be responsible for filming, creating, managing, and distributing content across:

YouTube
TikTok
Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn

You’ll work directly with the company director, installation and sales teams to create engaging content around:

solar installations
battery systems
EV chargers
heat pumps
commercial renewable projects
customer case studies
educational and behind-the-scenes content

You’ll also assist with paid advertising campaigns and growth strategies designed to generate inbound leads and increase brand awareness.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Content Creation

Film on-site renewable energy projects
Create long-form YouTube content
Capture customer testimonials and case studies
Produce engaging behind-the-scenes content
Operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and drone equipment

Social Media Management

Create and manage content across all social platforms
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips
Schedule and manage daily posting
Monitor engagement and platform growth

YouTube & Brand Growth

Help grow the Newpower YouTube channel
Optimise titles, thumbnails, and video performance
Research evergreen and trending content ideas
Help build Newpower into a recognised UK renewable energy brand

Paid Advertising

Assist with Meta Ads and paid social campaigns
Help improve lead generation performance
Monitor analytics and campaign results

Website & Digital Development (Bonus)

Assist with website updates and landing pages
Support SEO and website content improvements
Experience with website development or platforms such as WordPress is a strong advantage

What We’re Looking ForEssential

Experience filming and editing video content
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Confident using editing software such as:
Premiere Pro
CapCut
Final Cut
Organised and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable filming on-site and around installation teams

Desirable

Paid advertising experience
Drone filming experience
Experience growing social channels
Website development or WordPress experience
Experience within property, construction, automotive, trades, or renewable sectors
Understanding of YouTube growth and social media trends

Daily short-form content across social media
Increased inbound leads from content
Growth across all social platforms
Stronger online brand authority
High-performing paid advertising campaigns

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
