Salary details: Grade8 - £34,434 - £38,221 (Pay award pending)
Contract Type: Fixed Term 30/10/2028 (with potential extension for a further 2 years)
Hours: 37 hours per week

Essential Requirements for the role:

Experience working with vulnerable adults, in with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, neurodiversity, or other barriers to employment.
- Understanding of the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) or willingness to undertake training in the 5-stage model.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates, families, and employers.
- Ability to manage a caseload, plan and deliver regular coaching sessions, and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of employability skills such as CV writing, interview techniques, and job searching strategies.
- Experience or confidence in providing job coaching in real workplace settings to support candidates in becoming independent.
- Team working skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across services and contribute to shared planning and outcomes.
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and to promoting independence and wellbeing through employment.
- IT literacy, including use of Microsoft Office and digital tools for communication and record-keeping.
- Flexibility to travel across Doncaster to meet candidates and employers in community and workplace settings.
This role is hybrid working, typically involving 3 days in the office subject to service requirements.
