Full job description

B.Mundell Ltd are looking for an experienced class 1 HGV drivers to join our family company.

Tank experience is preferential with a strong work ethic to help our company maintain and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Working as a lorry driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of goods to a large variety of customers.

Recruiting in

Hillington Glasgow, Tarbert Loch Fyne & Isle of Islay - The role is doing predominately doing tramping work on bulk tippers, TL Whisky Barrel Vans, Whisky Tankers & some general haulage (Flat & Curtain).

Weekend work may be expected occasionally. The driver will be given prior notice of this by their manger.

Applicants must currently hold:

C+E Category License (Class 1)
ADR (Dangerous Goods Class 3 Tanks)
CPC & Digi Card

Beneficial skills for the role:

Tanker Experience
ADR Work
Cask & Barrel Discharge & Loading Procedures
Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.

Some Duties May Include

Ensuring goods are safely secured
Keeping your vehicle in good condition
Loading and unloading the vehicle
Completing delivery paperwork
