Trainee Air Conditioning Installation Engineer / Labourer - Full Training Provided - Up to £30,000
Location: Based from home (Northampton Area) working at client sites throughout London and the South East (Head Office in Croydon)

Excel Cooling Services Ltd is a long-established and growing air conditioning installation company specialising in the design, supply, installation and commissioning of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems.
Due to continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Air Conditioning Installation Engineer / Labourer to join our installation team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career within the HVAC industry. No previous air conditioning experience is required, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
The Role
Working alongside experienced engineers, you will assist with the installation of a wide range of air conditioning and ventilation equipment across domestic, retail and commercial sites.
The role is fully mobile, with work carried out at customer premises throughout London and the surrounding areas.
As your skills and experience develop, you will be given increasing responsibility and, for candidates who demonstrate the required aptitude and commitment, there will be opportunities to undertake industry-recognised qualifications and progress within the company.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Must be aged 18 or over
- Able to start work early in the morning when required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Willingness to work away from home occasionally when required (advance notice will always be provided)
Desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Currently learning to drive or planning to obtain a driving licence
- Previous experience in construction, engineering, mechanical or electrical environments
- CSCS Card

Working Hours
The standard working week is based on 40 hours on site. Authorised overtime is paid in addition to salary.
