Full job description

Location: Kettering.

Shift: Monday to Friday. 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm rotating weekly.

Pay: Starting at £28,000.00 per year.

Navara are recruiting for production operatives who are looking to learn new skills, develop their career and to progress within a company. Experience is not essential as full, ongoing training will be given for this role.

Main duties:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machines according to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety rules and procedures.
Document production output, downtime, and maintenance performed.
Report malfunctions or defects to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), production schedules, and quality guidelines.
Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
