Full job description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our professional care team. This is a self-employed position. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship, and applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high standards of care and supporting residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. You will work as part of a professional team to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met in line with individual care plans.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality personal care in accordance with individual care plans
Support residents with daily living activities, including mobility, nutrition, and personal hygiene
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant care records
Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Work collaboratively with senior staff to uphold care standards and best practice

Previous experience in a care setting is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
