Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers, both in person and by phone, providing detailed information about available vehicles.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable models, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the sale, including upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and build long-term client relationships.
- Work with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B or automotive sales is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual ability is preferred, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Strong sales and upselling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone manner.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
- Proficient in CRM software for tracking leads, customer information, and sales progress.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships.
Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
