Full job description

Executive Assistant to the Board and CEO

Salary: £27,317.89 per annum

Hours: 37 Hours per week to be worked flexibly in line with planned meetings.

Base: The Bridge, St Marks Road, Tipton, West Midlands, DY4 0SL

Responsible to: People, Culture and Estates Executive

Responsible for: Business Support Team Leader

You will provide professional and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Board of Directors (Trustees), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Executive Management Team (EMT), while managing and overseeing the Business Support Team Leader, ensuring efficient processes, and contributing to overall business planning and performance.

You will be responsible for improvement of business functions, managing resources, and acting as a liaison between different teams and departments across the organisation. Whilst ensuring good quality information flows between Trustees, Executive Management Team and the wider charity, acting as a point of contact for the Board of Directors, and ensuring that a formal schedule of matters for Director’s decisions is maintained.
