We are looking for a determined and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic production team located in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The role requires someone with a good eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in pursuing a career in the print industry.
You will be part of a dedicated friendly team reporting directly to the Production Manager, so this is an ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to enhance their career and gain experience working in an ambitious, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Machine print finishing – operating and maintaining equipment such as guillotines, folding machines, laminators etc.
- Manual print finishing and bench work
- Trim, bind, collate, and package printed materials to exact customer specifications
- Conduct quality checks throughout the finishing process
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a factory and/or manufacturing setting
- An experienced machine operator is desirable, but not essential
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- A flexible attitude within the workplace
- A reasonable standard of Maths and English
- Able to keep to up with the fast-paced environment
