A rare opportunity has arisen at Victoria Elaine and we are hiring! Victoria Elaine Bridal has been established for nearly 8 years and prides itself on offering brides the very best bridal experience whilst choosing their bridal gowns and making memories to last a lifetime! We are a small, but successful team who have a strong passion for bridalwear and are looking for someone to join us with a thirst for sales. We sell dresses by Stella York, Eddy K and Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, and specialise in princess and traditional styles- all with a modern twist.
The role is for 12-20 hours a week and does involve working Saturdays and some additional events at weekends.
```Duties```
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and memorable experience for brides and their entourage
- Guide brides through the entire bridal gown selection process, including trying on dresses, offering style advice, and taking measurements
- Empowering brides by educating brides on different fabrics, styles, and designers to help them make informed and confident decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including restocking dresses and accessories
As we are a licensed premises, you will be required to serve alcholic beverages to our customers so the candidates will ideally be over 18 years old.
If the candidate is suitable, some visual merchandising or social media content creation may be included.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential, previous experience in high end sales is preferred and previous experience in bridal is desirable. This is a sales based role and performance will be monitored against company targets.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell bridal accessories and services
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling financial transactions
- Time management skills to run and pace your 1:2:1 bridal appointments
