Are you a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a passion for property law and client care? Join our growing team and make your mark in a role that offers high-quality legal work, without the burnout of "Big Law."

Buss Murton Law is a well-established and respected law firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal advice through our experienced and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.

· Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.

· Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.

· Manage financials including cashflow, quotations, and billing.

· Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development and networking

Must have skills:

· NQ - 5 PQE in residential property law

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.

· Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and techniques.

Experience in commercial property is a bonus.
