Chief Product Officer (EdTech Scale-Up)
The Opportunity
We are supporting a fast-growing, founder-led cybersecurity learning business in the search for a Chief Product Officer (CPO).
The company is self-funded, operating at a Series-A equivalent stage, and has established a strong position in the market through high-quality, hands-on training solutions. Having successfully built a predominantly B2C business, the next phase of growth is focused on scaling a more structured B2B and enterprise offering.
This is a key executive leadership appointment, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the wider leadership team to shape product strategy, commercial growth, and long-term value creation.
The Role
As Chief Product Officer, you will:
- Define and execute the company's product vision and strategy
- Lead product transformation and support the evolution from B2C to a scalable enterprise-focused model
- Develop pricing, packaging, and monetisation strategies that drive recurring revenue growth
- Build and commercialise new product propositions
- Partner closely with commercial teams to align product strategy with go-to-market execution
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning Product, Design, Content, and Data
- Establish scalable product operating models, governance, and performance metrics
About You
We're looking for an experienced product leader who can operate comfortably at both strategic and operational levels.
You are likely to have:
- 10+ years' experience in Product Management, including senior leadership or executive-level roles
- A track record of developing and commercialising digital products in B2B and enterprise environments
- Experience scaling SaaS, platform, subscription, learning, or content-led products
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, packaging, recurring revenue, and enterprise sales support
- Experience leading and developing high-performing product organisations
- A coaching-led leadership style and a passion for building teams and culture
- Experience working closely with senior leadership, investors, or boards

Cybersecurity experience would be advantageous but is not essential. The business already has deep subject matter expertise within the team; the priority is finding an exceptional product leader who can translate expertise into compelling, scalable customer propositions.
