Social Content Creator & Product Assistant (Junior – Midweight)

Location: Royston, Hertfordshire, UK
Salary: £25k–£35k (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, In-house / Hybrid Minimum 2 Office Days Per Week

About Treaclemoon

Treaclemoon is a playful, authentic, creative bath & body brand known for bright, joyful products that make every day routines feel fun and indulgent.

This role will initially focus on Treaclemoon, with the opportunity over time to support and create content for other brands within the wider portfolio offering variety and room to grow.

The Role

This is a content-first role with a mix of creative and operational responsibilities.

You’ll spend the majority of your time creating engaging, high-quality social content, including photography, video, and editing for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Alongside this, you’ll support the wider team with product development coordination and general admin tasks, helping bring new products and campaigns to life.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and behind the scenes, with scope to grow across multiple brands over time.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation (Primary)

Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Shoot and edit product photography and short-form video content
Style and capture products in a way that reflects the Treaclemoon brand
Write captions, select hashtags, and engage with the community
Stay on top of trends and bring fresh content ideas
Monitor performance and optimise content

Product Development Support

Assist with the coordination of new product development
Support with product samples, feedback, and internal tracking
Help prepare assets and information for product launches
Liaise with internal teams to keep projects moving

Admin & General Support

Provide day-to-day admin support to the marketing/product/sales teams
Maintain content calendars, trackers, and documentation
Help organise assets, files, and campaign materials
Support with ad hoc tasks across marketing and product

Skills & Experience

Experience creating social media content (personal or professional)
Confident in product photography and basic styling
Comfortable filming and editing video content (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social trends
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience shooting beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG products
Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
Experience in beauty or consumer brands
Exposure to product development or marketing coordination
