Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in various computer programmes, and excellent phone etiquette. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop professional skills within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage incoming calls and respond to client enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments using organisational tools
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service details through data entry
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite
Assist with administrative tasks.
Coordinate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely service delivery
Handle client correspondence via email and phone, ensuring clear communication
Support the team with general clerical duties to promote efficient workflow

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Excellent typing and data entry accuracy
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided where necessary
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
