Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academy Operations & Growth Lead to oversee the development and expansion of our educational programmes. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, driving strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a passion for education, and proven leadership abilities to foster an engaging and innovative learning environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our academy while contributing to its ongoing success and reputation.

Duties

Lead the planning, organisation, and execution of academy programmes, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
Develop and implement growth strategies to attract new students and expand programme offerings.
Oversee scheduling, enrolment processes, and student engagement activities.
Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain high standards of instruction and programme quality.
Monitor programme performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to optimise operational effectiveness.
Foster relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community to enhance visibility and reputation.
Organise professional development opportunities for staff to ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all academy activities.
Promote a positive organisational culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in educational programme management or similar leadership roles within an academic setting.
Strong background in teaching or educational delivery is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated strategic thinking with a focus on growth and development initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in organisational software and data analysis tools is advantageous.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
