We are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Part-Time Lettings Assistant to support our busy Property Management team.

The Role
As a Lettings Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Property Management team with the day-to-day running of our portfolio. You’ll spend time both in the office and out visiting properties, ensuring our landlords and tenants continue to receive an excellent level of service.
Typical duties will include:
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Carrying out routine property inspections.
- Assisting with property check-ins and check-outs when required.
- Supporting the Property Management team with general administration.
- Preparing tenancy documentation and updating internal systems.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Booking maintenance appointments and following up outstanding works.
- Assisting with key management and property access arrangements.
- Helping prepare properties for the busy student letting season.
- Providing general office support as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload.
- Professional and well presented.
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Competent using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible.
- Willing to learn and develop within the property industry.
- Calm under pressure during busy periods.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle (business mileage reimbursed).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience working within the property sector preferred
- Must have experience of working within an administrative role
Working Hours
This is a permanent part-time position, working 18–22 hours per week.
The role has been designed to offer school-friendly hours, making it ideal for parents returning to work or anyone looking for a role that fits around school commitments.
Due to the seasonal nature of the student property industry, occasional Saturday working will be required during our busiest periods. Advance notice will always be given, and flexibility will be offered wherever possible.
