We are looking for a talented Account Manager to help us grow and expand our presence in the UK market. Whether you bring a couple of years of sales experience or are eager to launch your career in sales, we would love to hear from you.

About The Role:

Proactively reach out to existing Commify customers to uncover new opportunities, seamlessly upselling and cross-selling our messaging solutions.
Deeply understand our product suite to articulate its true value, aligning our solutions with the customer's specific business needs.
Navigate every stage of the sales process with confidence, from initial qualification and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
Re-engage recently onboarded customers to identify immediate expansion opportunities and solidify the partnership early on.
Meet and exceed monthly sales key performance indicators, including the number of daily customer contacts, converted customer conversations, and closed sales.
Keep accurate, up-to-date pipeline and customer activity records within our CRM to ensure reliable forecasting.

What You'll Bring:

0–2 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales within a B2B setting. Complete beginners who are passionate about starting a career in sales are highly encouraged to apply!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
A goal-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to meet and surpass targets. Any previous experience working towards KPIs is a great bonus.
Solid problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, allowing you to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Highly self-driven and eager to learn, always proactive in taking the initiative to develop your skills and excel.
Good organisational capabilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) is a bonus, but full training will be provided if you haven't used one before.
An interest in or familiarity with the telecommunications or SaaS industries is also a valuable advantage.

Bonus scheme (On Target Earning: £12,000 per annum, commission is however uncapped)
