An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit / BIM Façade Designer to join the Design team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Design Manager, this position plays a key role in leading digital design delivery across façade projects, ensuring high-quality, coordinated and compliant BIM outputs in line with regulatory and company standards. This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Lead BIM and digital design activities across façade projects.
Act as the technical lead for Revit, BIM and 3D design processes.
Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows and protocols.
Ensure design outputs comply with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Building Regulations.
Coordinate design information, including clash detection and model reviews.
Work collaboratively with architects, clients, contractors and internal teams.
Support delivery of accurate, traceable and fully coordinated design information.
Train and mentor team members in BIM best practice.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital design processes.
About You
Relevant NVQ/HND/Degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in BIM design using Revit.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Experience within the façade industry (e.g. curtain walling, windows, rainscreen systems).
Ability to manage complex design projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
