Full job description

Position: Permanent, Full-time – Office Hours 8am to 5pm

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Location: Wellingborough, NN8 6BA

Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, free on-site parking, annual bonus scheme.

In this role you will be:

· Managing our internal orders for production

· Inputting internal works orders into our software database

· Liaising with management to plan day to day production workload per department

· Liaising with management to plan day to day transport including loading times

· Maintaining internal production systems to assist with daily operations

· Provide clear and accurate information for the shop floor teams

· Multi tasking with several different issues/ projects to complete at once

· Liaise with the shopfloor team to ensure the production flow is updated with daily tasks completed

· Liaise with the despatch team to ensure the correct products are placed on the correct vehicles each day

· Creating delivery paperwork and uploading PODs into our software database

· Assist production team with other tasks as required

In this role, you will have the following:

· Experience of working in a production environment at a clerical level

· Excellent leadership and communications skills both written and verbal

· Good knowledge of standard Microsoft software programmes and ability to work with company specific systems

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

· Problem solving and decision making skills

· Ability to work to strict deadlines

· Flexibility to learn and develop additional tasks as the business grows

Pay: £24,784.50-£28,000.00 per year
