About us

Here at Country Style Foods we are currently looking for friendly and motivated Bakery Operatives to join our production team!

What can we offer you?

Every employee will receive a Level 2 certificate in Food Hygiene along with training in manual handling and food allergens during the first couple of weeks of employment but rest assured, we won’t forget about you after that! We are proud to put our time and effort into our employees and let them tell us what career path they would like to follow with us, and lead them on the right tracks!

We also hold monthly meetings that are open for any employee to attend where we listen about any concerns or improvements they may have, and if there is anything we can change to make their lives easier.

What does the job entail?

You will be working on a fast paced bakery food production line assembling, packing, labelling and quality checking our products.

For your own safety, we require you to adhere to our Health & Safety guidelines too.

Shift Patterns Available

Our shifts are 12 hours, 7 out of 14 days (this means you are only working half of the year for a full time salary!) The hours of work are 06:00 – 18:00 day shift or 18:00 - 06:00 night shift. The shift patterns are as below:

Week 1

Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Overtime is available outside of this shift pattern at an overtime rate.

Criteria

Fluent in English language
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
