Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Co-ordinator to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in supply chain management within a dynamic organisation. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational skills, experience with ERP systems, and a keen understanding of logistics and negotiation processes.
Essential:
· Previous administrative experience
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Confident written and verbal communication
· Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
· Resilient under Pressure
· The Ability to effectively communicate and engage at all levels
Desirable:
· Experience in purchasing or supply chain environment
· Exposure to ERP / MRP systems
· Manufacturing or engineering background

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
