We’re hiring a Power BI Developer to strengthen our reporting and insight capability across Benchmark.
You’ll design and build high-quality dashboards and data models that turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, challenge thinking where needed, and deliver reporting that supports better decisions.

Build Power BI dashboards and reports, including data models, relationships and visual design
- Develop DAX measures and KPIs to support business performance tracking
- Create clear, user-friendly reporting that translates data into insight
- Work with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Validate and reconcile data to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Support self-service reporting where appropriate
- Contribute to data governance and reporting standards
- Use Power Automate and Power Apps to improve reporting workflows
- Continuously improve reporting outputs and processes

Strong Power BI development experience, including data modelling
- Confident with DAX (measures, KPIs, calculations)
- Proven ability to turn data into clear, practical insight
- Experience working with stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions
- Strong data validation and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, structured analysis)
- Understanding of data governance and reporting controls
Helpful:
- Power Automate / Power Apps
- SQL, Azure or Databricks exposure
- Financial services or regulated environment experience
You’ll be based at our Broadlands Business Campus near Horsham, with travel to other offices including London when required. The campus offers a high-quality working environment with on-site facilities including a restaurant, coffee shop and gym.
