Reporting to: CEO, Centre Manager
Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 17:30. In addition, occasional weekend duty for additional remuneration.

Responsible to the CEO and Centre Manager for all duties, the Enrolment & Marketing Officer will be primarily responsible for student registration, dealing with enquiries and supporting marketing at ELC.
1. Enrolments and Student Administration
- entering all individual student bookings onto Class and sending out all corresponding documentation (eg booking confirmation letter, visa letter, proforma invoices, parental consent forms as necessary)
- updating bookings as required (eg with arrival details, changes in course, holidays)
- sending visa letters
- liaising with the accommodation, academic, finance and admin departments
- helping with registration of group bookings as required
- welcoming/processing new students on intake days as required
- maintaining up to date student records on Class (eg mobile numbers, address)
- sending offer letters for sponsored students in order to get Financial Guarantee letters
2. Sales/Marketing support
- dealing with student/ETO enquiries (face to face with walk ins, phone, email, LiveChat, whatsapp)
- showing prospective students/ETOs around the school/Brighton
- producing statistics to support travelling marketing staff
- helping develop strategic marketing plans
- maintaining the ETO database
3. Reception duties
- greeting visitors, answering the telephone, dealing with student enquiries
- general administration
- taking payments for social activities, bus passes, etc
- cashing up at end of day
- opening/locking up the school at the start/end of the day
4. Other duties
- cover for other admin staff particularly Sales/Marketing Officer
- on call duty weekends as part of duty rota (for extra remuneration)
- any other duties as required by the CEO
