Events Operations Assistant | Glasgow | Full-Time | Entry Level

We're looking for an enthusiastic Events Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Glasgow.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the planning and delivery of live events, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and brand activations. If you're organised, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll receive full training, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career within event operations and management.

Your Responsibilities

As an Events Operations Assistant, you'll:

Support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day delivery of live events and promotional campaigns.
Assist with event setup, venue preparation, equipment organisation, and operational logistics.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure events run efficiently.
Welcome clients, guests, and attendees while providing a professional customer experience.
Help monitor event schedules and ensure activities are delivered on time.
Support the management of event materials, inventory, and promotional displays.
Assist with resolving customer enquiries and on-site operational requirements.
Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation, and health and safety throughout each event.
Prepare event documentation and provide operational support before, during, and after events.
Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas to improve event operations and customer experiences.
