Role Purpose
To deliver outstanding clinical podiatry in a calm, unrushed setting - one patient per hour - combining traditional foot care with the advanced and aesthetic treatments we're known for. As an employed member of our team, you'll focus purely on excellent patient care while our admin team handle the rest..
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive podiatry: assessment, diagnosis and treatment of common foot, nail and skin conditions
- Deliver advanced and aesthetic treatments: nail surgery, Swift verruca therapy, verruca needling, nail reconstruction and a growing focus on fungal nail care (this is not an MSK-led role)
- Develop tailored treatment plans and educate patients on preventive foot care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records (AI-supported notes make this easier)
- Work to clinical governance, infection control and health & safety standards
Patient Experience
- Give every patient an unhurried, premium experience with one appointment per hour
- Build trust and rapport with a diverse patient base; uphold our five-star reputation
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and full GDPR compliance
Team & Service Improvement
- Work collaboratively with the podiatry and admin team to optimise patient outcomes
- Contribute ideas to new and specialised treatments as the clinic grows
Qualifications and Skills
- HCPC registration as a podiatrist, or eligibility to register (essential)
- Recognised degree in podiatry
- Sound clinical skills in routine podiatry; experience in or a strong interest in advanced/aesthetic foot care
- Knowledge of infection control, clinical governance and safe practice
- A warm, confident communicator who builds rapport easily
- Calm, organised and reliable, with attention to detail in documentation
- A team player who adds to a positive clinic environment
- Commitment to ongoing CPD and openness to new techniques and technology
- PVG scheme membership, or willingness to join
Newly qualified candidates are welcome and well supported; private/high-end clinic experience a bonus, not essential
